Alistair Robertson
Owner & Head Chef
Alistair began his career in hospitality, working in country pubs where he developed a love for classic British cooking and quality local produce. After retraining and running a successful air conditioning business, he found himself drawn back to the kitchen. Living in East Preston, Alistair decided to pursue his lifelong dream: creating honest, seasonal food for his local community.

Emma Birch
Hospitality Manager
Emma is a familiar and friendly face around East Preston, known for her warm welcome and genuine care for others. With a natural talent for hospitality, she helps create an atmosphere where guests feel relaxed and at home. Always happy to lend a hand, Emma ensures every visit is welcoming, comfortable, and personal from start to finish.

Rhiannon Robertson
Marketing & Hospitality
Rhiannon works across marketing and hospitality, supporting the restaurant both behind the scenes and front of house. With a background in writing and branding, she brings creativity and clarity to communications, alongside a friendly, hands-on presence with guests when she’s front-of-house.
